Questions location owners ask
Does it cost anything?
No. We supply, install, stock and service the machine at our own cost.
What do you need from us?
A spot on a level floor near a standard grounded outlet, and access at agreed times for restocking.
What about electricity?
A vending machine uses about as much power as a household fridge. Usually the location provides the power; we can discuss this if needed.
What if the machine breaks, or someone loses money?
Our contact details are on every machine. We handle refunds and are on site within 48 hours for repairs.
Do we get paid?
Yes. We share a commission on sales with your location, paid regularly with a sales summary from our payment system. The rate depends on the site; we'll go through it at the site visit.
Can we choose the products?
Yes. Tell us what your team likes and we'll stock it.
Are we locked in?
No. Our placement agreement can be ended by either side with 30 days' written notice.
